RESIN SRH 7

Solution of polyester-modified polymethylphenylsiloxane resin in toluene.

• Preparation of the heat-resistant enamel. The latter is prepared directly before use by mixing 94 parts by weight of the resin and 6 parts by weight of aluminium powder. The enamel is designed for parts operating at temperature of about 500°C.

• Protection of separators, gas traps with the fitting, cyclone settlers in oil-fields.

• Corrosion prevention of external surface of gas ducts, chlorinators, steam and gas turbines, ejectors, different elements of agricultural machines, air drying apparatus, chemical catching equipment, equipment in by-product coke production.

• Protection of car radiators as well as other elements and equipment operating at 350-400°C for a long time.

• Corrosion prevention of internal surface of steam-water tanks operating at 150- 160°C. Sizing and dressing of artificial fur; improvement of resistance of protective clothing to attack by acids; impregnation of filter fabrics to increase serviceability, heat and wear resistance.

• Release coating in the production of glass and fiberglass plastics; a component of parting paints.

• Combination of the resin SRH 7 with pentaphthalic (perchlorovinyl) nitrocellulose enamels provides improvement of the film strength, water, heat and light resistance, water repellency, gloss and hardness.

The polymerized resin coat is nontoxic, fire-safe.

RESIN SRH 8

Polyphenyldimethylsiloxane resin solution in toluene modified with solution of polybutene methacrylic resin in a mixture of acetone, ethyl acetate and butyl acetate or xylol

As a resin
Wood products without polishing, and also for restoration of damaged paint coating.
As heat-resistant enamel (the enamel is obtained by mixing of resin with an aluminium powder in the ratio 100:5).
In engineering (exhaust pipes, injectors of tracked vehicles, parts of boilers, chimneys and wire ends).
Resin features
Increased thermal (metal products, operated at 300 - 350ºC for a long time), waterand petrol-resistance.

The resin film in cured state is not toxic and fireproof

HEAT-RESISTANT RESIN SRH 9

The solution of polyphenyl siloxane resin modified with glyptal resin, in toluene or acid

For the manufacture of heat-resistant enamels, obtained by mixing of resin with the aluminum powder. The enamels are designed for coating of metal products exposed to temperatures up to 400-500 °С for a long time.

Transparent liquid from light-yellow to brown color.

The resin film in cured state is not toxic and fireproof.

RESIN SRH 4 

Solution of polymethylphenylsiloxane resin in toluene or xylene.

Used as a binder at production of heat-resistant enamels of cold drying for  protection of parts continuously operating at a temperature up to 300-400°С.

The applications of enamels produced with resin SRH 4 are as follow:
- The enamel based on SRH 4 is used for painting (without priming) parts made of steel, titanium, aluminum alloys, subjected to heating at operation.
The coating is heat-resistant up to 300°C. Coating of enamel withstands the effects of gasoline, kerosene, synthetic oils.

- The enamel with aluminium pigment used for painting (without priming) parts made of steel with phosphated and not phosphated surface heated during operation, also for painting silencers to cars  The coating is heat-resistant up to 400°С.  The coating of the enamel is resistant to alternate effects of heat and water, salt fog, and highly resistant to water.
